Palm Jebel Ali is a visionary artificial archipelago located off the coast of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Shaped like a palm tree, it is part of Dubai's ambitious Palm Islands project. The development is spearheaded by Nakheel Properties, aiming to expand Dubai's coastline and offer luxurious waterfront living.​

Construction of Palm Jebel Ali began in October 2002. However, due to the global financial crisis in 2008, the project was put on hold. In 2024, development resumed with a revised master plan, targeting completion by 2028.

The island is designed to be 50% larger than Palm Jumeirah, featuring 17 fronds and a crescent-shaped breakwater. Plans include six marinas, a water theme park, a 'Sea Village', and homes built on stilts above the water. The development aims to house over 250,000 people, offering a mix of luxury villas, apartments, and hotels.
